Not sure about the part number, but they're universal between the IS350 and IS250!

No tickets at all. Just don't rev the car in front of cops.

Let me know if you need help with installation or any question.

I always rev my car in front of cops, no tickets yet!! I really don't think its that loud to have to worry about that. My sisters Charger w/ Hemi and Borla exhaust is a hell of a lot louder!!

Exhaust is in decent condition with very little rust.

He is asking for me to pay the entire swap fees for both cars which he said is about $200, and also pay for the exhaust: another $250. Is this fair?

Either of us have the space and equipment to do it ourselves.

Looks good , dude, the exhaust is under the car anyway so don't worry about it looking clean as a whistle!

$450 is too much if you are losing your stock. $200 swap fee? its 10-20 min job. just take off your exhaust and give it to him and pay $250 for his exhaust.

You can definitely find a good one for about $450 on CL.

I agree, you could do it yourself with a socket wrench. I paid someone to do mine only because it was 5 degrees outside. It took them 10 minutes to do, $50. Then the mechanic told me I should of just did it my self. I would offer him $50 plus your exhaust. I paid $600 for mine from Florida in brand new condition. You can find them in the classifieds section all day for $450

This is what the current owner took of his car. We are planning to do the swap this Saturday, is there something wrong with his setup? Should I call it off?

It is very difficult to find HKS here in Canada since not that many people have them. I would have to go to a shop, since its -30 outside and neither of us have a garage or space. New HKS locally here are $800. The last time an exhaust was up for sale here was an fsport that the seller wanted $1050 plus my OEM exhaust. And before that there was an HKS but that was in 2013.

BTW my stock exhaust is about 9 years old

In summary,
I am paying the seller $250 for the HKS, and he will be taking my OEM.
Labor for swap at a local shop is $180, lowest I got from 3 shops in Toronto area.

As we all said earlier. Do it yourself. You can do on both cars in about 20-30 mins. Just 4 bolts and some rubber clamps. Cant you save that $180 ? Its your money but stillllll. Save it. If you want I can take some pics and send it to you.

All you need is a Jack and a socket ranch. Use a Jack stand if you can. You can get 2 jack stands for like $20 bucks at harbor freight.

Nothing is wrong but exhaust is just hanging low on his car cuz its not installed properly. Make sure you get new gaskets for it. I bought a gasket sheet and cut my own.
