You won't really notice a difference in cabin noise if it's the stock exhaust. On the outside, it will get more raspy. I have a video clip of it if your interested.

wouldnt be bad it will just become loud. I just bought an is250 with muffler and resonator delete and it's so loud so if u can live with that then do it

I would replace the stock resonator with a magnaflow or other aftermarket resonator so that it's not too loud and doesn't drone in the cabin. I had taken my resonator off at first but put a magnaflow after a few months because it was just too loud inside. I also changed the exhaust and put in an axleback and it was perfect.
