Default turboing the na block

so i just a have a couple questions on turboing the ge block so what would i need to run about 15 pounds of boost aside from the controller the turbo kit im talking about like engine managers what what not and what do i do about the cats?? i want both cats still because i need to pass emission and help would be appreciated.

You have a ton of research to do my friend. Check out the my.is forums as there are a million threads on what is needed for certain power goals

what kit are you going to be using ?also you will have to relocate abs

Not entirely true as there are some options that won't require the ABS relocation, but most applications will have you move it further back

You can't have both cats with a single turbo.

Even though you may be able to get the car to pass the plug in obd2 test, it will never pass a real visual inspection. Some dummy might not know and pass it, or might overlook it and pass it, but it would never pass 100% properly.
