Why not mount the fic inside the cabin? Boomslang harness should be long enough.

I was going to, but it may be a PITA to bore a big enough new hole in the firewall for it. Still thinking about it actually. If I leave it in the engine bay I will fab up a plexiglass clear cover; it will come out nice.

Just cut the tape at the firewall grommet and feed it through. That's what I did. That way it's not soaking all the engine heat.

Lol. I know, actually a little under 4yrs but who's counting? Oh, I forgot, you are! It's been crazy and sometimes the timing just isn't right, could have easily put it back up for sale but knowing how rare SC kits are for our cars and especially how rare this one is I knew I had to hold onto it.
