Default Is300 turbo breaking up

When i purchsed my car it was running flawlessly on an AEM ignition setup and IK22 plugs gapped to .26. The car went to a mechanic who attempted to clear codes by replacing my o2 sensors and unplugging my AEM and reconnecting my stock ignition. When i got the car back i tried to plug my AEM back in so i could run in boost again, but car would not start. I then discovered the inline fuse to the AEM was blown and replaced it. Once the fuse was replaced the car cranked right over. I took the car out but it broke up the second i got into boost. I ordered an HKS DLI and installed it but still had the same problem. I then tried to put new plugs in and the car just ran even worse. I then bought new plugs (BRK7E) .26 and new spark plug wires. Same exact break up issue occurs. The car has ran the same with the AEM hooked up, stock ignition and HKS DLI. Any ideas what could be wrong?
Car runs on a haltech e6x.

Get rid of all the in between stuff, and swap in some GM LQ9 coils...

the stock vvti coils aren't very good at all it turns out, anything over 22 psi and they break up regardless... the DLI might help a little, but replacing them with LQ9 coils is really the best way...

as far as what changed, no idea... not even sure which AEM ignition setup you are talking about

Correct, off the 6.0 lq9 truck motor, the ones with built in heat sinks... I run .035 gap and over 30 psi, no breakup...
