I will go with F Sport intake which is proven to gain ~5HP. Also, we don't have to worry about the filter having oil that could mess up the oxygen air sensor.
Wait 'til it's hot AF outside and your intake heat soaks, and you feel that loss of low end torque.
It has been 90 the past week or so.......I don't notice little changes like that.....I came from a built Subaru this car is slow to me period. But I also didn't put the intake on for performance....just for sound.
Have you noticed significant fuel economy loss? I expect it won't increase gas mileage, but I'm considering how much I'll lose if I add an Injen to my car. Thanks.

I don't have numbers to prove it but my theory is that people loose fuel economy because they step on the gas pedal more and waste more gas.
I know you didn't list this intake but I have had the Takeda intake for about 7 weeks and I am really impressed . It sounds great , ( really opens up at 3,000 rpms + ) , has a heat shield , and not overly expensive , and is a high quality product . It is made by AFE. I doubt any changes in MPG , but honestly I never check.
don't get injen....if ur going for SRI at least go for one with a heatshield like Takeda (don't like K&N due to filter), AEM, etc.
it doesn't make too much difference but there is still slighyt difference in temp

Agreed. Waiting on PPE's true CAI before I change out my Injen.
I had the first and second versinos of the Injen. The second one is the SP series. And it sounds better, feels like more power and is legal in california
I went with the fsport intake and it is amazing. Sounds mild at normal driving around town, until you stomp on it. Then it definitely livens up and sounds great.
