Default manual rev match (semi auto) and transmission fluid?

So I was wondering, I've got a '12 IS250 and since the IS doesn't have a dual clutch transmission, I most often times manually rev match downshift myself but since this places more stress on the transmission, it heats up a lot quicker than when I don't manually rev match. Is this just the ISx50 or is it the same with the ISF? Also, is there any transmission fluid out there that will keep the transmission cool while i'm manually rev matching? Thanks!

I cant recall for any IS-f stuff but there are no transmission fluid available for the IS250 that will cool faster since the IS250 has a sealed transmission filled with toyota "Lifetime" transmission fluid. So its not like you can just change the fluid to something better

How are you determining how much the transmission heats up?
