Post possible to use a cone filter?

is it possible to use a cone filter instead of the box if i had a MAF sensor adapter?

if you had a maf adapter yes you could in theory, but i wouldnt recommend that. you would probably see more gain from the joe z or f sport intake pipe/stock box vs a cone filter and the stock accordion intake pipe
