Not too many of posted about doing this; but if you intend to track your car, I'd recommend a more often fluid replacement routine.

As posted its very easy! You shpuld change every 60k miles for regular driving. But those who drive more extensively change every 30k miles. If you do any towing or heavy hauling I highly recommend it @ 30k.

I used to change my s2000 @ 15k only because i drive hard @ 9k rpm.

viscosity: rwd = SAE75w-85 awd = SAE85w-90
grade: API GL-5
