I absolutely hate the nasty rusty look of the OEM manifold catalytic converters.

I want to get some polish ones for my 02 GS300 & would like to know what is a good brand and where is the best place to purchase from?

Exhaust has been upgraded along with 3" pipe.

There's not too many companies that make headers for the GS300. I'm not sure on what your laws are out there but if you want to have a nicer exhaust header and still have cats then I recommend MagnaFlow click here

If you're planning to get rid of your cats completely, you can go with OBX click here

If its just the look you hate, you can always just get a heat shied. A few members here have the FIGS one click here

I've also heard the IS300 headers will fit with minor modifications. It bolts right up to the head but needs to be modified to the rest

I bought the FIGS heat shield (v1) last year had them painted to mach the engine bay as well, but i never had the chance to put them on. I acutally forgot about it until you mentioned it, lol.

Well, I wouldn't mind going with a nice looking shiny manifold to improve the exhaust growl a notch - any idea on how much HP gain one can get from this upgrade if any?

you wont get much power without supporting mods like a intake, full exhaust, etc. just basics

might get a 10hp increase realistically through the powerband.
