Default 2JZ-GTE Intake Manifold Q (VVTi vs Non-VVTi)

So I've been looking for hours but can't seem to find an answer and I hope some of you guys might have experience with this. I was looking to get an aftermarket intake manifold for the Aristo VVTI 2JZGTE, but all the intake manifolds I found only fit the NON-VVti model, I also have the same problem with the fuel rail. So My question is... Will the lower intake manifold of the non-VVTi bolt up to the VVTi block?

EDIT: Dammit I meant to list this in the IS First Gen Performance section. Mods can you please move.

Yes the intake manifold between the VVT-i and non-VVT-i will interchange. As will the fuel rail.

Thanks Jeff, are you referring to the lower part that bolts onto the head? Because some manifolds are complete and bolt directly to the head but some after market manifolds are only the top half that bolts onto the OEM lower manifold.

Here's a perfect comparison. The Greddy manifold (on the left) bolts onto the stock runners. But the Hypertune manifold (on the right) is complete with runners. I've confirmed that the Greddy manifold will not bolt on to the VVTI lower manifold. But If I can confirm the non-vvti lower manifold bolts then I can go either way.

I was talking about to the head.

Just looking up the part numbers now, the lower manifold didn't change between non-VVT-i and VVT-i, it was the same, so I don't see why an aftermarket manifold meant to reuse the lower wouldn't work? What fitment issues were you having?

Ya it looks like you're right. I was looking at the previous years and they were different. But when I did a Part Cross-Reference it looks like the new part number is interchangeable. It's just weird that I had a confirmation from 3 sources that the GReddy manifold does not bolt on to the VVTI runners.

17111‑46042 I'm guessing the other ones are discontinued and this is the current part number for all vehicles.
