Beck Arnley coil packs are actually OEM Toyota coil packs
I have a 01GS300.
I didn't feel like paying $105. each for coil packs from the stealership so I
ordered Beck Arnley coil packs(# 178-8397) from Rockauto.com at $63.89 each.
After a few days they arrived and when I opened the boxes I got a surprise.
They are actually the Toyota oem coil packs (90919-02216) made in Japan.
I saved roughly $120.00.

Yeah they do a lot of OEM resale a lot of the time. Sometimes it's not worth it to B/A to make their own stuff if they can get a good price through the OE factories. Especially on our cars where there isn't a huge market, they don't always make parts in house. Now, if it's like a Camry or Accord, then it's basically guaranteed that every part is going to be made in house by them.
Also I find it funny that the coil says Made in Japan, but the box says Taiwan lol.
