Default Upgrade to Stock GTE twins

Hey guys, my IS is burning oil as well as tested positive for exhaust gases in the coolant. I'm thinking about pulling the engine and doing new piston rings then throwing a GTE head on it with the stock twins. I'm thinking I'd only have to change the ECU.

What ECU would I need to run?
Do the GE lower runners bolt up?
Can the GTE FFIM bolt to GE lower runners?
Are the other stock parts (injectors, trans, ect) ok to use?

might as well just swap in a full 2JZ-GTE engine and don't piece it all seperate and waste money
