Default Helpppppp

I have ing the same problem. Except I didn't even wire the piggy back to the ecu. In order for the intake to work do I have to wire the piggy back to the ecu? I just put the intake on and I went to start the car. And I have no throttle response what's so ever.

The SRT intake will NOT work without the piggyback.

The MAF is mounted in a larger pipe so it reads all wrong without the piggyback.

Someone needs to copy the SRT intake and sell it to people - SRT is just stealing peoples' money lately and I can't stand it.

I want the SRT ECU to run with my K&N Intake . I hope to see some less bogged throttle response.

That will not work at all.

The SRT ECU is pre-programmed to work with the diameter of the SRT intake ONLY.

What you want is an AFC, AFC neo, or AEM FIC.

Yes its a old thread bump...

But an interesting idea was brought up in the thread here.
"Someone needs to build a srt alternative"

Well i can say that for another large platform i was making intake midpipes for a while for my forum sold all over/lically ...even had some with maf housing bungs welded...powder coated as well. So i can get it done if i wish...

Say...i can reproduce a srt intake...what will we do for the ecu issue (without having to resort to apexi neo or similar options)

Just kicking ideas out...Also if anyone with a srt intake can take a digital caliper and measure the inner diameter of the tubing the that would be appreciated. Lets see what you have to say
