Default Question about Invidia Midpipes & Greddy SE Muffler Setup.

I want to run with this setup and was wondering if anyone has done this before and how it runs/sounds.

This is a video on YouTube of a car in Russia with this similar setup.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K6WgJgB_V1Y

Also, I have emailed Greddy inquiring about the possibility of purchasing JUST the muffler out of the setup but have yet heard back from them yet.

Any comments/suggestions?

Theres a few members on here that have it. Imo do it. If u don't like it change it. Or depending on where u live, u can ask members to meet up and hear what they got. Gl

My Greddy SE and Invidia midpipes are sitting at the shop, waiting for the car to come in off the boat, also never found good videos/reviews but here's why I chose the combo:
Didn't want just axle back
Most other set ups seem too loud with mid pipes, and I don't like the looks of tanabe or borla
Megan isn't a brand I wanted to go with
Greddy is typically a lower tone/quieter exhaust.
im hoping the combo doesn't sound too honda which seems common on our cars... not too crazy about the blue on the tips but its still the cleanest looking muffler/tips in my opinion. I plan to get good video/audio once it's on. Going on a 350 btw.

My Greddy SE waiting for me at the distributor warehouse waiting for me to pick it up on Tuesday...because Monday is July 4th -_-

Planning to post up a comprehensive video of it and posting it up. A lot of videos have such bad recording, bad positioning and bad quality...would love to hear what your setup sounds like Defender. I'll probably will buy the invidia midpipe somewhere down the line.

Still waiting on my car! Wheels will be here tomorrow though...

I had the hi-power on my g35 and there's nothing better but it just doesn't look right on the IS and too loud with midpipes

You can either get a resonator delete or a midpipe to make the exhaust note louder.

I have the Greddy SE and since I am in CA I cannot do the Midpipe and I didn't want to take off the resonator because I didn't want it too loud. What I ended up doing is replacing the stock resonator with a MagnaFlow round muffler. Sounds AWESOME! Not too loud, but growls nicely!

Got my Invidia pipes on. Will record a HD quality video tomorrow and post it up. I think it sounds pretty damn good.
