Question salvage car

jus bought a salvage 2006 is250 theres alot of work that needs to be done there might b a cracked block or head, knocks or misses related to camshaft lifters&push rods< abnormal exhaust discharge, transmission and drive shaft manual clutch slips or chatters is there anyone that thinnk i should jus do a whole engine swap cause im sure itll coast a arm and leg tryin to get all of that fix im sure it'll both coast a arm and leg but witch one would be best option??
