AEM Water/Meth Kit Installed
Finally got the chance to install the kit this weekend
I didn't use the plastic tank that came with the kit.
Instead i installed the feed adaptor and low level alarm in the stock water tank.
Installation was easy since i have dismantled the car many times and i go blind to every step.
I tested the kit with distilled water only and not Meth.
The kit starts spraying at 4 PSI up to 7.1 which is my max boost.
AIT drop is fantastic and there is no problem with the engine at all.
Here are the readings from my PLX 100OBDII.
Ambient Temp 63 F
WOT at 7.1 PSI without AEM 102.2 F
WOT at 7.1 PSI with AEM 84 F
I'll have to figure out what kind of Meth i will use because i have seen a lot of solutions in terms of cost in the forums.
