Straight Pipe Exhaust IS250 AWD
#31
There's only 1 real explanation to this. His buddys A6 must be out a turbo or something. There's no way in hell that a 250 with or without straight pipes would keep up with an A6 with a "chip" and most definetly not an s4. My 04 545i(325hp and 330lb) had a straight pipe and it was just barely pullin on my buddys 05 S4. Sorry to burst your bubble but it really is no secret that the is250s are slow as ****.

get a 14mm wrench and then undo the two bolts just before the two rear mufflers
let it hang off and then go for a quick drive
it'll give u an idea of what a muffler delete will sound like
i did it to my IS250 RWD, and it sounds good, but WAYY WAYY too drony

ok maybe it did happened that he beat the audi but it might of been through traffic on the highway. Its the drivers skill then not the car. The is250 is slow but everyone here probably can work with it in traffic so in the end its up to the driver. Im in MA and i do it all the time. No straight away because ill get blown by any car lolx and yes i race in the moutains with turns too. if u live in MA then you guys know where bluehills is and that place got mad turns.

Well kinda crazy as this may sound my buddy's 06 is250 rwd with straight pipes was neck to neck with my other buddy's volvo v70r wagon. 250 was auto and v70r was stick. Both cars had 1 passenger each.
