on my 400, I used the supra mkiv radiator w/ mishimoto supra e fans. Easy to wire up. You have to reweld one bracket for the fan and build custom mount for the bottom of the radiator. You also need a new overflow can. Nothing too fancy

All you guys are on 5 speed? Is there a connection for the automatic tranny fluid on those all aluminum radiator? Doesn't look like any of them provides cooling for auto tranny. So someone must have another cooler for the tranny with an electric fan, otherwise, the tranny will run hot.

I currently have an external tranny cooler but it's not fan activated. It runs in sequence after the stock tranny cooler. Looks like there are some sales on temp activated electric cooler.

I might do this... but a little different. I will cut into the metal piece and push the radiator forward to provide more room for future upgrade

My car is still automatic. I have a 2 trans coolers. One is the stack type and the second is a rail type under the car. I only know of one guy that has a G4 that has a 5 speed....TTurbopimp

I've got a large aftermarket tranny cooler. The one hooked up to the radiator is good for getting the tranny to operating temp, but not as well to keep it cool because the radiator fluid gets so hot.

hi98gs, the fans mounted on the other side of the radiator?

Yeah unfortunately I have to use pusher fans (zirgo 16" x 2), which are not as efficient as a puller fan to help cool the radiator. But what ya gonna do when I can't relocate the twin snails without doing major reworking.

I forgot to mention, you may have to bend the brackets a bit to make them fit. Also DON'T FORGET YOUR TRANNY COOLER!!

Oh yea, I also cut my existing upper radiator hose to make it work. I am doing a custom mandrel bent pipe and chrome plating it in the future.

Hi guys, will this be sufficient for the gs430? It appears the inlet of the aluminum is smaller than oem. NVM, I searched and found some mkiv ones that are even cheaper than these.

MMRAD-IS300-01
Core Size: 375mm x 708mm
Rows: 2
Inlet: 35mm
Outlet: 35mm
Core Thickness: 36mm
Tank Wall Thickness: 2mm
Fill Neck : 32mm

I will look at the oem spec later today. Don't know if the inlet outlet are the same size or not.
oem spec will compare later:
Brand: Replacement
Condition: New
Endtank Material: Plastic
Engine Oil Cooler: No
Inlet Size: 1.5 in.
Outlet Size: 1.5 in.

another
Automatic Transmission Cooler: Yes
Core Dimensions: 15-3/4 x 29-13/16 x 5/8 in.
Core Material: Aluminum
Endtank Material: Plastic
Inlet Size: 30-5/16 x 1-9/16 in.
