Yo bros, got a question:

Can the throttle body from a IS350 fit a IS250?
Any possible gains?

and dear all, FYI, IS350s are not available in my country so I cant just trade in the 250 for a 350 :s

I wouldn't expect gains without some reprogramming of the ECM to account for the much larger throttlebody. I'd actually expect losses because the blade will open too fast and you'll lose velocity in the manifold.
