Standard oil clearance:0.023 – 0.041 mm (0.0009 – 0.0016 in.) U/S 0.25 0.028 – 0.066 mm (0.0011 – 0.0026 in.) Maximum oil clearance.STD 0.07 mm (0.0027 in.)U/S 0.25 0.08 mm (0.0031 in.) thats for the connecting rod. hell while we are at it lets see what else you can learn in class.....Valve clearance (Cold): Intake 0.15 – 0.25 mm (0.006 – 0.010 in.) Exhaust 0.25 – 0.35 mm (0.010 – 0.014 in.) as for the output shafts one is bigger then the other. wait lets get a little more technical with the engine when puting in a new timeing belt what marks you go off of for TDC the dots or the lines. i know the lines. lets give a little more info. this should help all. when installing the main bearing bolts whats the torque spec? answer 33 ft·lbf but the main bearing cap bolts are tightened in 2 progressive steps. can you tell me what that is? what tool do you use to see if you need to replace the connecting rod bolts? answer vernier calipers now if the diameter is less than minimum, replace the connecting rod bolt. Minimum diameter: 8.0 mm. i can do this all day. dont come on here and tell me i dont know what i am talking about. my spelling and grammer has nothing to do with what i know. i have no need to exchange brain pans with people who think the know everything. just because you have done the swap. doesnt mean that it was done right. i dont use caps??? are you kidding me? is that all you people can come up with? that my grammer sucks? wow......And apparently you don’t understand sarcasm when I said im a little kid that’s a keyboard warrior. As for choice on trans…you believe??? You should have just kept your mouth shut about it. Speak on what you know not what you believe. Believing doesn’t make you a tech either. It will probably get locked but I was careful to keep the whole thing PG and in good fun so maybe the mods will get a chuckle and let it slide. I mean, between the two of them calling everyone retards and idiots, magazine mechanics, know nothings etc.. (the list goes on) I think it's only fair that a little PG comeback is fair play. I don't hold hard feelings, just figured it would give all parties involved a chuckle.

Glad you got a good chuckle from it, that was the point. I'm far from pissed off, I've been here since 2004 contributing useful information. You aren't the first nor the last that will come here as a newb with lots to learn. That's what the forum is here for, to learn from the experience of others, not post up information that has no base. Again though, I'm glad it all turned out with a good laugh, it's all about fun anyways.
