Default Best Mid Pipe

Which choice is better for IS250 Mid pipe?

1.) Megan Mid Pipe
2.) Invidia Mid Pipe

My plan was Megan Header + ... Mid Pipe + Fujitsubo Exhaust.

Regard

please do megan mid-pipes and then take a video clip. my dream would be the fujitsubo exhaust, megan mid-pipes, and these headers:

^ they look like they have some sort of HFC in them, which i would imagine would keep the ricey rasp down a bit.

get your megan midpipe from one of the vendors on the site. cheaper than with shipping included.

assaultech or team sns

support the vendors and you'll get way better pricing.

Megan has been selling IS250 headers (no 350) for quite a while now.

The couple reports I saw on them was the build quality wasn't great, and I don't recall ever seeing a dyno for em. But they're cheap.

midpipes add 1-2 hp from anybody

If you meant headers as I said I've never seen anybody provide a real dyno for the megan headers.

Has anyone used headers like these yet?

They probably wont have the gains of PPE or Mazzuri, but I imagine they would sound a lot better. These with the megan mid-pipe and fujitsubo exhaust is my dream set-up. too bad they dont fit on an AWD.

Re upload without music. Distracts and takes away from the sound...i wanna hear it clearly. Or leave music at begging and end. Not during revs...

Ya probably couldve left the music out, but I was trying to make it cool video haha. I did notice tho, its hard to differenciate the sounds on small speakers (i.e. iPhone) than on a desktop with larger speakers. I plan on making another video of the driving sounds from within the car, ill leave the music out on that one

So is the point of the midpipe to make the car sound better? Because obviously 1 to 2 hp is not worth the mod..
