This looks crazy. I don't want to even know how much money you have into this build. It seems like every post is custom this, custom that lolol. It's sick to have a shop that close to home that could do work like this on our cars. GL with this build!
I'm not sure if I read this but are you doing a custom tranny? I would if I were you if you're not. IPT makes a SICK custom bulletproof tranny for our cars for around $3500; just throwing that out there.

As for the transmission, we're using a built TH400 from Mike's Transmission. It should handle the power just fine.
Here's a short clip of it being fired up for the first time.

What are the specs on the turbo you're using? Originally it was a comp I think, now it looks like a Nelson Racing? Size specifications?
I think your general layout is the same I intend to use with my project for a single turbo LS swapped GS.

Could you get some dimensions on the radiator, and intercooler used? Also, what's the plan on holding the hood down now that the latch is gone? I'll probably be in a similar situation once I add a larger radiator and intercooler and don't really want hood pins. I'd love to see some more pictures of the exhaust routing, engine bay pics, under car pics etc!
