Yes, I gained about 0.2 - 0.3 seconds in the quarter mile. So the gains are little but still there.

Mostly the car's low end torque was improved greatly but I can't measure that with the automative tranny on a dyno.

it sounds like a NISMO 350z is all i can say. i have a video somewhere. i need to upload that thing for the members. the drone is actually not even bad, its just like the axle back. just slightly, slightly louder. time for a IS350 with invidia + tanabe cause IS250 is weaksauce

acceptability depends on how tolerant you are.

you really have to step into it to get it to bark, but otherwise it just purrs right along.

it's still not quite the same exhaust note as that of the VQ-series (G35/350Z), though. somewhat close, but still not quite.

heres the thing, i allready have the invidia midpipe and its hardly noticeable on the freeway while cruizing and i like that. i recently test fitted for a company that made a replica of the M2 exhaust which we all know M2 replicated tanabe/greddy. all i can say is damm that thing was annoying as hell on the freeway, regular street driving is fine and sounds nice but the drone on the freeway was driving me nuts and took it off within a week.

anyone in the SGV area with this combo that can take me for a ride? another thing would 250/350 have the same note with this setup? if so does anyone have a 350 with this setup?

I love the sound of the tanabe but I'm debating on getting the invidia also. How much louder does the exhaust get? Any faster at low end or high end? Any descriptions would be appreciated.
