GS400 1999 whining/screeching noise from engine
I have a loud, whining/screeching noise coming from the engine of my 1999 GS400. I have about 98K miles on it. I describe it using both of those words because the noise sort of pulsates between the 2. I want to sell the car but need to know what should be fixed on it and how this will impact my asking price. Any ideas as to what is causing the noise and how much it will be to fix it. I am the original owner so there is no history of this problem.
