Default bottom piece of intake box (F-sport)

Well I picked up a Joe Z pipe and want the rumble to complement mt F-sport Exhaust. Not sure if I want to hack up my stock air box. Read somewhere you can buy the Fsport air box by it's self?

Pretty sure it was Sewell (one of the forum vendors) that was selling just the bottom piece

Unless there's more than 1 version of the intake/box made, it fit perfectly on my 09 is350. I don't think the mechanical components of the car has changed any in the 09 model.

Anybody know how many miles to go before cleaning the fsport filter?

The reason I asked is because I have a 2006 IS250 with a JoeZ intake pipe. I drilled some holes in the stock bottom box, but now am unsure if I like the noise. It drowns out my Greddy SE exhaust on WOT. There is a guy in my area selling a stock lower box from a 2009 IS250 and I want to make sure it fits...

Thanks for the link. But $200? Maybe I'll just stick with the DIY mod for now.

I think i read somewhere with the F-sport box you lose your low end compared to stock but gain high end. Of course this was just slight loss and gain, its not something like 10hp or so.

Threw in my Joe Z and hacked up my air box. My friend decided I didn't need the pre filter either and ripped it out.

Took it for a spin. It compliments the F-sport Exhaust perfectly. As the exhausts rumbles at 2000 and tapers off at 3500 the intake kicks in at 3500-4500. I find myself revving higher before I shift just to hear it. ha ha.
