JoeZ Street Version Exhaust vs Tanabe + Megan??

JoeZ Street Version Exhaust vs Tanabe + Megan??
I'm debating which exhaust setup to get on an IS250. Performance gains will not be the deciding factor, since they both are ~10 whp at most. I'm mostly looking at differences in midrange power, sound quality, build quality, and what will pass a smog test.
I like the Tanabe because it is not overly loud, but am looking to throw the Megan on it so that it loses the drone, yet it will be even louder.
I like the JoeZ because the sound is fairly quiet, but sounds mean, and can be loud when wanted to be.
So yeah, what do you guys think? Any opinions or flames welcome!

I don't think any of your choice will pass the Smog Test (but correct me if I'm wrong)
sound wise, Tanabe plus Megan midpipe sounds GREAT I used to have it
and JoeZ also sounds good. My friend has it~!
so it is really up to your personal taste.

How much louder will I be with Megan mid pipe since I have Tanabe? The Tanabe is damn near silent, I have more noise coming out of my engine than I have coming out of my exhaust. I want a little more pep in my step and a few more hp. Also, will I pass emissions with the Megan mid pipe and will it throw off Check engine light? Can someone link me to best place to buy it?
Also, following installation, would I be able to fit the stock equipment in my trunk? Or would I be S.O.L.?
