I don't know about wheel hop yet, I haven't tried launching it hard. If the weather is good Friday I'll probably hit the track, I think I can beat the record 12.1 on pump gas and stock tires, I'm only running about 16-17 psi now, I need to work on my wastegate / boost controller next, it's not working right now so I'm stuck at 16 psi or so for now. I think the GS is making over 500RWHP right now.

... ...your right, I was thinking of the GS400 & GS430 models. The older GS400 has it and the newer GS430 doesn't have it... BUT the newer GS300 does whereas the older does not (as you pointed out). lol. I forgot that you have a (seriously) modded GS300. Glad to see everything coming along nicely.
BTW, just out of curiosity because I am not too involved with modding the GS to the extent of you and some others on here...performance wise what is different that you did with your GS other than the manual swap? Does the manual swap make the car that much more of an animal? I didn't realize the GS has so much unlocked potential hidden in our (sluggish) auto trannies.

THAT is what's making the car an animal, the manual is simply letting it out of it's cage. he just said above i believe that he's making 500whp on 16psi with room for a lot more once he fixes wastegate and boost control.
hey adam, how many pounds are you planning on running anyways?

1.2 bar which is around 17 psi right now. I wouldn't go more than 19psi on pump gas just to be safe. Once I fix my boost controller / wastegate I plan to fill up with E85 and crank the boost up some more. BTW I never swapped in the Aristo motor, this is still the factory longblock that came with my car. I simply swapped pistons / rods / bearings / headgasket / custom intake manifold / GTE camshafts. The block and head are original, no need to swap as these motors make just as much power as the GTE's when built.

hes got an aristo TT swap with a *****-ton of work built into it.

Thanks man. If the weather is good I'll hit Speedworld Friday to try ad beat the record 12.1 1/4 mile. That shouldn't be a problem on street tires with the boost controller turned off.

I took theGS on the highway and played with the boost controller, it works great. I just had to change some settings in the Greddy Profec. I now have low boost at 1.1 bar and high boost at 1.4 bar. It feels strong at 1.4 bar! I need to find an alignment shop to work on the car now that it's lowered. Big 10 said they couldn't do it today becasue my bodykit was in the way of the sensors.

alright Rick, that sounds like a plan. I like ot get there early to get a few runs in before it gets crowded. I think the gates open at 6:00, I'll try to be there by 5:30 if the weather is good.

Do you guys have any pictures of the twin intank pump setup? I had my swapped GS300 on the dyno the other day and i cant go over 17psi because my single 255 cant keep up. I can fab up pretty much anything i need to make for the install but i was wondering if you had any pictures i could go by? I was going to rewire the whole thing but i think i want both pumps on at the same time because when the nitrous hits i am at full boost within milliseconds .That or i was thinking about going with a 044 inline and leaving the 255 intake by itself as a feeder.
Once i get this done i can hit the track and then sell it and start a new lexus project.......lol
thanks
