GS400/430 transmission strength
What is the typical breaking point in HP of the trans in the V8 Lex's
Curious what some of the FI guys are running for hp.

I would also like to know what he is running because that is the most I have heard a stock V8 Block put out. Even it only 15% loss due to drive train, that would make the car nearly 550 to the crank.

The motor has been rebuilt w/ forged internals but i guess they f*** up and it went out the other day and your rite 478 at the wheels. I had the basic ; headers from s&s, k&n intake, no cats, borla exhaust all the way back, torque converter from precision industries, lsd, and 225shot nitrious wet w/ 2 bottles so the pressure is adequate and had the ecu tuned for it, if i can recall the shop also did a switch for me so when i sqeeuze the feul pressure also increase. the motor was supposed to handle at least 600 but it didnt. if anyone is wondering i use to squeeze 150hp of nitirous all the time and back then no one there to squeeze that much. then the horsepower monster came out and lets say dont go over 150 to be safe. I also wanted the car in 11secs never happen but i was close it ran low 12's consistenly and killed alot of cars in central cal. Zo6's, evo's, supra tt, srt-4 w/ mopar stage 3, ss camaros, ws6 firebirds. ... ... . .etc i do have a list i kept and a few videos if u want to see them.
