will the GS400 exhuat and intake bolt on a GS430?

I'm probably gonna end up getting an 02 GS430 but had my old WeaponR cold air intake from my y2k GS400 that I haven't used. Can I fit this right into the GS430 or is it different? Are the exhuast pipings of the GS400 and GS430 interchangable?

I know the SRT intake works on both but not sure about the Weapon R

The exhaust is the same but the GS400's MAS intake meter is shaped different than the 430.

exhaust they are all interchangeable. but the intake they are different

and i thought even the srt intake for the gs430 and the gs400 are not the same. at least the ecu are not the same?
