Default General transmission question

What type of tranmission mounts are found on the sc300 are they urethane or solid or some composite and have any of you had any trouble with these? I ask because I have a gremlin in the drive-line. I have thus far replaced the carrier bearing and all fluids (diff and rear-end) and post this there has been a noise and knock under the trans tunnel. I thought it had dissapeared and after a day of driving I still hear it on half throttle take offs only. The shop insists that this is in the rear-end, yet I find the noise and contact happening under my right arm! To me the only thing left is the trans mounts. If anyone has any input I am open to additional troubleshooting.
