Flow rate of SC400 fuel pump?

Flow rate of SC400 fuel pump?
i've got a pretty much brand new 300zx twin turbo (Z32) fuel pump that was in my 240sx. I'm deciding whether or not it'd be worth it to bolt up the new pump? anybody know how many LPH the stock SC pump is vs the Z32? thanks!
