Default Downpipe Question

if i get a downpipe for my car, will it make it a lot louder? Also how much hp will i gain? I know i won't be able to pass emissions, that is why i want to see if it's worth it to get a downpipe.

I was gonna say, I didn`t know you were turbo anyways headers will increase noise and increase your chances of failing emissions because it removes the first cat, but it is still possible to pass on just one cat. anyways I honestly don`t think the money and trouble is worth the extra 10-15 HP this will provide, save the money and get something else, maybe ???
