Default Parts needed for the engine and tranny swap

Hey,

I'm buying a JDM Supra TT front clip complete with 6 speed trans. What else will I need in order to do automatic to 6 speed conversion and hook it up to stock SC300 rear end? I just need a list.

You do still have my list for the engine swap, right???

As far as the auto to manual swap goes, you'll need the following

pedal assembly
tranny mount
master cylinder
slave cylinder (if not provided with your front clip)
manual, center counsel piece with shifter boot.
driveshaft will have to be custom fitted to adapt to your stock lexus auto diff.
shifter assembly
clutch
flywheel
clutch fork
pilot and throwout bearing
new pressure plate, and flywheel bolts
some really expensive Toyota manual trans gear oil

Not sure what your getting with the clip so I listed most of what you'll need.

I have an excel spreadsheet of all the parts I purchased for my swap. To help others with the project your more than welcome to borrow it. If someone wants to host it, let me know.

Chris,

I have your excel spreadsheet. I'll have to take a look at it when I get home. Also, we can post it on www.chicagolexusclub.org. We have a special dir for such stuff... www.chicagolexusclub.org/tmp/. Send me the spreadsheet if you have updated it (zpierzycki@chicagolexusclub.org) ... I can also convert it to HTML.

Chris

I belive I am getting a lot of those things. I am not sure but I will pass the list to the person who is selling it. For now I looked up the prices for some of these things. It doesn't seem too bad. I was afraid that the center console and shifter part would be expencive but it's only about 40 bucks together.

My biggest concern is the auto to manual conversion in which I would most likely need the shifter assembly, clutch, clutch fork, master cylinder, pedal assembly with the pedals. Since it is a front clip I hope I won't need too many extra things.

Didn't to tell me something about "yolk"? Do I need that too?
