I wanted to know from all the SC owners who have a manual transmission how stiff their clutch pedal is when they press it down. I purchased my 95 SC 300 from a private owner who had the clutch replaced by lexus at 60,000 miles. But I have noticed that the clutch pedal is very hard to press down and is very stiff. How is everyone else's clutches? Soft? I have a Toyota pickup truck which has a nice and soft clutch, which makes me wonder why the SC is so stiff, and if that is normal.

when i first drove my SC, one of the first things i noticed was that the clutch was harder to press down than in any other manual i drove. this isn't an abnormal thing...lexus cars are built for quality, a clutch on a lexus is going to be a lot better than a clutch you're going to get from a base model civic or something.
