Finally!! SC400 Supercharger!!!
There is a company making a S/C for our cars. Here's a message I just receieved from them:
"Chris
Sorry for the delay in reply but been having problems with viruses.
The kit is up and running but only fitting here locally until we get the thing fine tuned.
I will keep you informed of when it is in a form to send to the states.
Regards
Danny"
This company is called Force Air Technologies, and their web site is: http://www.forcedairtech.com.au/
Check it out, and get your name on the list! They will have a 50-100% gain in power! Awesome!!!! Imagine smoking 1st and 2nd gear easily!

I think in same general area as Force Air, I think. They seem to be the only ones working on boosting the power of our cars. Have you ever heard of anyone else working on a unit for the SC400's?

If you want to be notified personally, go to their web site and show your interested too, and he'll put you on his email list. I know it would be awesome to have 400+ rwhp on our cars. We'd definitely have to do a VB upgrade at the least. Dos anyone know what kind of HP an automatic tranny can hold?

The email I posted is all I got hear recently, but I remember reading on their site how thyplanned to have two units:
1) 50% gain in power
2) 100% gain in power
I'm pretty sure this just isn't a S/C, but rather a complete system so nothing is left out or needs to be pieced together, but I could be wrong. That's at least what I got from their site. We'll have to wait and see, but I've been checking regularly.
By the way, I've been wondering this. Are out motors supposed to be 250HP from the factory at the crank? If so, can you imagine 425 rwhp roughly? Man it would be awesome!

Ya I have seen this kit before, I think its the same one as the Supercharged SC on planetsoarer. There are clips on there, sounds awesome, definately would want one if I had the money. Not too expensive for you states folks, 4800 is probably between 3000-3500 then plus shipping. Hopefully someone will get it soon, I have no idea how much USD ---> AUS is, I do know USD ---> CAD isn't too great, which sucks for me since I have some USD when I am in Canada.
So who is going to be the test pilot for this Supercharger Are there any Supercharged 400s?
