Default Non-Catback SC Exhaust

I am currently in the market for a used SC300/400, or a newer ES300. I really want to find a nice SC, but I don't want to pay much more than 10 grand for it, therefore, the ones I will be looking at will have around 70-80k miles on it. Which isn't bad of course, because we all know these fk'ers last forever is properly maintained.

Anyhow, If I do end up getting an SC (which I really hope comes through , I want to add an Injen intake on it immediately, followed by tint, lowering springs and then concentrate on exhaust. Now to my question, what are some good pipes that I can get for the SC? Keep in mind I am not looking at a cat-back system just yet, i just want some sound and looks. I heard that Magnaflow was pretty decent, and i have even heard one on a sound clip I believe from this site, it was on an SC400. Needless to say, it sounded pretty raw I think I might be leaning toward the Magnaflows right now unless I can find something better...

Thanks in advance if you all have any suggestions for me about SC exhaust. Also, any of you can feel free to contact me via e-mail: DevinCompetiton@aol.com for further advice.

Ciao

I'm getting some Tanabe Hyper Medallion universal mufflers in about a week. If you want a set, I can probably get it for you for about the same price as some magnaflows, or even less. i posted about it at the bottom of this page: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...threadid=85718

once i get mine installed, i will post pictures and hopefully a video file or two.

Ever considered the Blitz NUR Spec for the Soarer/SC? It's an axle~muffler system, and looks real hot on an SC.

Costs AUD$1300 or so for the Soarer (twin mufflers), and they're very tempting!

Damn, both of those look really good. I'd like to hear the clip of those mufflers on your SC (when you get them put on) if you have the resources to make one. I'd also be interested in taking up your offer on the pipes if everything goes like I plan and hope for

If you do a search regarding "Magnaflow" you will get several threads with sound clips..
