Default 92 SC400 turn signal not working

I've got the interior out of the car, center console out and HVAC control unplugged. I believe everything is kosher with the fuse panel and plugged in.

Is there some part of the interior bits that needs to be plugged in to make the signals work?

Hazard switch needs to be plugged in otherwise the circuit is open.

Awesome, thanks for the quick reply, now to go test

just tested and everything works. I've returned everything to stock condition with soldered/heat shrunk connections and new wire runs. This summer I'll polish up the headlamps and investigate projector low beams.

thanks for the help
