Now that I'm in a much lower seat and have a M/T shift **** that sits 3/4" lower, I find myself brushing against the e-brake handle's base frequently when shifting. It's a stripped interior with no center console arm rest, so nothing there to force me to keep my arm elevated.

It's not a big deal, just mildly annoying enough to make me wonder if there are alternatives that I haven't managed to find? I don't see any good way to modify the stock assembly to sit lower, and it's a long shot that anything aftermarket or OEM from other cars would fit the bolt holes and accommodate the brake cable and sensor.

get a japanese center console where the ebrake is on the other side would be one option.

do with a hydraulic drift e brake and remove the weak factory one, Its on my mod list

Interesting idea, but the center console would only be half the battle. Wouldn't new holes have to be drilled to mount the e-brake on the other side of the tunnel, along with whatever lengthy reinforcement is on the back side for threads? If going to that trouble, I would think it would be easiest to just do so with the stock setup on the regular side.

I had occurred to me that something drift style would be the only alternative, but I was hoping to go smaller, not bigger... Are you doing it for track performance, or do you consider the stock e-brake inadequate for street use? I park on a pretty steep hill and haven't had any issues.

Actually, estomax may be onto something. There are two rubber plugs on the right side of the tunnel, in the same spot as the bolt holes for the e-brake on the left side. Maybe I'll try just repositioning the e-brake to that side and see if everything will bolt up and if the cable can angle that way.

I looked at my spare e-brake handle and it won't work on the right side of the tunnel. The bracket is offset and doesn't quite fit on that side without modification of the bracket or tunnel. So, I would have to find a RHD e-brake handle to go that route.
