Maybe it's late and I'm too sleepy, but I can't find a part # for the upper PS hose on the SC300 reservoir. I bought one previously for the SC400 and had no problem finding a part # for that, but all the SC3 schematics I'm finding are the same as this one:
The part in question is just to the right of 44411, and connecting to the end of 44402. It's a formed hose, so I assume there's a factory replacement... It might be a soft enough bend to allow a generic hose to do the trick. Mine appears to be leaking at the underside of the clamp where it bends, though, which is right where you'd expect a non-formed one to fail.

That would be one of the dumbest things ever if they didn't design a replaceable hose. Sounds like that might just be what they did, though. I guess I'll make a trip to AutoZone and see if they have anything in the system for it. The website only lists generic bulk hose.
t2d2, are you referring to either the high or low pressure hoses that go to the steering rack or a different hose? I may have the part number you're looking for in my records. Do you have a picture we can reference?

The one thing that makes me ever so slightly hopeful that there's an undocumented replacement part is this alternative schematic in ebay listings:
#11 appears to be just the hose, although it could be a poorly drawn label indicating the whole assembly, but I haven't found another listing for that item.

I believe it's the return line (low pressure) to the reservoir. It's the upper one. I can snap a pic if needed.
I think what's happening is, every time I fill the reservoir to the proper level, its above the return hose and allows the excess fluid to leak from that clamp. It appears I can run it at a low level and avoid the leak, but that's obviously not ideal.

Technically, I guess it's the only hose connected to the reservoir. Still getting used to the 2JZ vs 1UZ differences... Also, the bends aren't quite as sharp as I was thinking, so maybe a generic hose can do the trick.
AutoZone only shows bulk hose as a fit for the car. So, I picked up a foot of generic hose and will install it tomorrow if no one turns up a part # for a fitted replacement. Worst case scenario, I'm out $2 and replace the hose twice. It looks like the generic hose will make the necessary bend with only very slight kinking.
Unfortunately, the rubber hose that connects to the reservoir is part of the whole cooler sub assembly line assembly (PNC 44402) and cannot be purchased separately from the dealer. The only solution is to purchase the 44402-24150 part number or find a hose with similar specs and cut to length. This is same scenario for other Lexus models such as the GS300 and IS300.
Bummer, but thanks for checking in and providing a definitive answer! I'll go ahead and swap out the leaky hose with the generic stuff in the a.m.
If anyone can think of a car with a similar shaped PS hose, I believe 3/8" or 10mm I.D., of equal or longer length, that would be a great DIY resource to post here.

They sell the high pressure lower hose.
I got the old hose off with less difficulty than anticipated, having dealt with the rock hard SC400 hose before. Getting the new one on was a different matter entirely, though. My forearms are completely numb now. The 3/8" is 9.5mm, not 10mm, so is probably 0.5mm smaller than the OEM spec. So, if you need to replace the return hose, shop in advance for a true 10mm I.D. hose, if such a thing exists in bulk.
It turns out the old hose had cracked pretty much all the way around its circumference, right at the edge of the lip on the barb.
I used the natural curve of the hose to sort of replicate the OEM shape with less likelihood of kinking.
Edit: t2d2, I thought you needed the entire assembly but it was really just the upper rubber hose you needed. Glad you got it fixed and thank you for posting the measurements!
I had to replace both my high and low pressure main lines a few years back. Unfortunately in my case both full assemblies had leaks and required replacement (or rebuilding).
