Help!! High pitch noise from glovebox area!
Ive been having this high pitch noise coming from my glovebox area in my 94 SC400.
The noise comes and goes while driving, but will be there when I start the car and is there for most of the ride.
If I hit a bump or toggle the headlight switch, the noise will go away temporarily.
Does anyone know what the exact problem could be? or have an idea of what it is?
Heres a video, so you can hear the sound:

It's the blower motor. The second you said it goes away when the turn on the headlights I knew it was electrical. You're going to want to take the lower paneling and glovebox out, then have someone confirm the sound. It could be the motor dying, or it could be something as simple as a frayed ground wire by the center console or lower A pillar area
