Default Horn help

I just installed a 3 spoke steering wheel to my 95 sc300. I'm using a toggle switch right now for the horn because I can't figure out how to get the steering wheel to activate the horn. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is it a Lexus/Toyota 3-spoke or aftermarket?

It's a Lexus 3 spoke steering wheel.

In that case, it should just be a matter of putting a female spade connector on your old horn wire and popping it on the corresponding tab on the upper right portion of the wheel.

Is this corresponding tab located on the base of the steering wheel or on the rotating part?

The tab is on the steering wheel itself, behind the airbag cover. The signal is sent through the clock spring via the standard wire, just with your spade connector added.
