I know its only a tip, but its the only tip I know of that has the OEM look in a larger size. I just received a pair of these. They're not cheap, but perfect fit under the cutout. I'll try to snap some pics soon:

Its Oval, with angle cut, has 3" inlet for big mufflers that the turbo guys need, fills the hole in the body perfectly. I probably won't be installing these for another month or so.

Around $69 at Husker High performance. Arrived very quickly. They can be found on the web by doing a search on Husker High Performance.

The total cat back is going to have:

1. Exhaust cutout before the first muffler (Summit BIG-53031) for drag racing
2. 24" Summit long stainless muffler (acting in part as a resonator, Summit part# SUM-630630)
3. Exhaust cutout after first muffler (for semi loud exhaust street racing, etc)
3. Stainless 3" split (Fabricated)
4. 3" Mandrel bend stainless piping bends
5. one pair Summit Stainless Polished 3" offset/offset mufflers (part SUM-630530)
6. one pair Magnaflow double wall tips (35171)

Total pricing is fairly expensive with everything being stainless and mandrel bends, but its still only around $700, and has more versatility with the dual cutouts, has more flow with the 3" (compared to Greddy MX) and has the visuals of a stock system only with a polished look and bigger tips. Magnaflow also makes a stainless 3" offset/offset muffler that would work in this setup, but its more expensive.
