Default Blown Spark plug on 1uz

well this just came out of nowhere and ruined my weekend. Spark plug just blew out, who knows why. All the threads in the head are gone the spark plug doesn't thread into anything. Anyone know what size insert i need? pretty sure our spark plugs are 16mm am i right?

sav-a-thread seems like the go to repair kit but i can't seem to find a 16mm one, only 14mm.
anyone got any ideas? i need the car cz it's my daily, i'm lucky it's 4th of july weekend so i can gather the parts today and tomorrow and fix everything maybe tomorrow or monday.
pictures, cz everyone loves pictures.

EDIT: nevermind, i was looking at the drive size not the thread size, it's 14mm and i'll be fixing it myself. i don't have a compressed air tank, got any tips to get the shavings out? i was thinking of taping a hose to a vacuum and sucking them out.

Holy ford 4.6 problem batman! Never seen a UZ do that. I would recommending finding someone with a portable tank to blow the garbage outta there. A vacuum may work though.

yea seriously, when i searched about this the only that came up is Triton, Triton, Triton, FordPRoblems, FordProblems and so on. seriously have no idea how this happened. I changed spark plugs 2 years ago so maybe it took the long to loosen and break away.

Funny this happens after using regular octane gasoline. lol.

With that being said, this is a first with the 1UZ, never seen this before.

i really doubt it's the gas, the engine wasn't pulling any weird timing or running lean, i think it was just a bad spark plug installation by me.

update: used a helicoil kit and put a new sleeve in, there are absolutely no directions so i probably did it wrong. started the engine to check if the spark plug will be ejected from just the compression because currently it's not firing due to a broken wire. so when i get the wires tomorrow we'll see if it stands up to combustion, if not, this car is bye bye lol, i'm tired of it.

well the helicoil kit worked, got new wires as well and it's running smooth once again. first 5 minutes of idle was rough, probably cz the cylinder that wasn't firing was full of unburnt gas and some metal shavings lol. gonna run some seafoam through it and octane booster and it should be good to go.
