Default 93 SC400: No Crank, No Start

Hey guys. 93 sc400 with 94 1uz front sump. A few days ago the engine just cut off on me. It gets power to cluster and lights but no crank. I don't even hear the starter click upon key turn. I have e fans wired to ignition and they don't turn on either. I don't hear the fuel pump either. I've already checked the EFI fuse and relay and they are both good. My friend jumped the starter and it cranked but no start. So I know the starter is good. ECU is a rebuilt unit by tannin electronics so it can't be that either. A lot of guys on Facebook are suggesting it might be a disconnected starter plug. I'm just livid right now as I just got it back from being worked on. Any input is appreciated

Try shoving the gear shifter all the way forward. PRND switch is interlocked to starter.

If that does not work try starting in N.

I made that mistake once. Pretty embarrassing after many years of driving only M/T and that being the last thing I thought to look for.

you can check your starter easily by jumping these two. just stick a paperclip in there and it should crank, if the key is turned all the way to on, your car will start as well. check absolutely every single fuse. i drove my car with wires run to a switch from that relay for almost a year and one day rechecked all the fuses and it fixed it somehow, no idea what fuse fixed it.
