Im a new owner of a sc300 95. Car is stock. 150000 miles I guess the car had been sitting for the last 4-5 months due to drivetrain issues. I turn the key on (car off) and i hear buzzing sound coming from the gas tank area and at the same time a whinning sound and vibrations coming from the fuel rail. Would a bad fuel pump lead to both issues ? And i should include car runs at 200-400rpm which i understand is not normal. I figured doing a fuel pressure check but not sure from which location to check
