I did search, but the information is greatly scattered and I haven't been able to find direct answers.

I have a 95 SC400 and I'm thinking of doing a W58 swap. I found someone parting out a 94 SC300 5 speed. What all can I use from the parts car for my swap?

The things I know I'll need are
1. Trans, obviously
2. Pedal assembly
3. Clutch master
4. Drive shaft
5. Console shifter trim/boot

Can I use the flywheel, pressure plate, throwout bearing, clutch, rear cross member/mount?

The rear trans crossmember and trans mount, yes.

The flywheel, no. You'd want to sell that. I believe 3SGTE flywheels are a starting point for 1UZ-W58 swaps (they need to be modified a bit) but there should be custom flywheels available to buy now.

The pressure plate, throwout bearing and clutch disc I am unsure, sorry. Many people have done this and there are some build threads to reference for the basic parts list required.

I do believe most kits use a custom throwout bearing setup. I would review other 1UZ-W58 setups here to be sure.
