Default Can't find engine block drain for coolant(COMPLETE coolant drain)

First thing I want to state that I'm a noob to these forms and Lexus in general. However, I'm eager to learn more from the help of y'all.
I just bought a 1995 SC400 from a previous owner that left her sitting for about 1 1/2 years. Now it's time for a coolant flush...(yes, I'm aware there are other discussions about this, but I couldn't resolve my issue based off of those descriptions and I'm desperate for a solid answer). So of course there's the pet lock on the bottom driver's side of the radiator, which I've found and drained(maybe 1/4 of the coolant) then I started looking for this infamous engine block drain, but I can't point it out when I'm laying under the car.
So question #1: Could someone reference me to a diagram or picture maybe that could help me? Been Googling for the answer but to no avail.
Went ahead and yanked off the lower radiator hose, thinking that would get the rest out, but that only got another 1/4 out of the system.
Question #2: is it really necessary to use the Toyota red coolant? Or will green 50/50 universal from O'Reilly's do me just fine?
Please help 😐 Thanks in advance!

indeed if you drain the radiator you only drain a smal amount of coolant

(pics are of a LS400 but same engine ofc )

the right side drain plug

the left side

from my own experience i can tell you that its not easy to reach those plugs with a normal extension wrench
use the red coolant
over here we call it G12 coolant and it is pinkish

Try opening the filler cap on the thermostat housing. I get 5-6 qts out that way just draining from the radiator.

Radiator should have a valve on it on bottom drivers side......remove radiator cap first....it will allow the coolant to come out much faster

I get over a gallon of coolant out by doing that....then to get rest out you can pull off lower radiator hose to catch the rest.....be sure to have a big enough bucket to catch it all...
