Default 4 runner dizzy mod problem

Hey guys I've been having problems with installing the 4 runner distributer cap on my SC. I originally attempted to provide space for my turbo but every time i try to line up the top two mounting holes it won't sit flush. Every other way works but the mounting holes don't line up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea I understand that, but when I line up the holes it seems like the rotor is blocking the cap from sitting flush.
