Default Misfire help!!!???

so recently my 92 sc400 started misfiring. Im pretty sure its only misfiring on one cylinder but i cant figure out what is causing it. Its not always a constant misfire though sometimes it does and sometimes it runs just fine. Usually when i start it for the first time each day it runs fine and then slowly you start to hear it misfire every few seconds and then after a while it picks up, while driving the car its 50/50 on running fine and misfiring. I have checked the wires with a multi-meter and they tested just fine also im assuming the distributor caps are good since the wires are giving off spark, plugs seemed to look ok when I pulled them just normal wear and tear on them. Im not sure whats causing this or even which cylinder its doing it on so i can pin point my problem. There is no CEL and no codes to pull, although there used to be a code for the TPS and I was gonna replace it but then the code went away. I have already replaced the MAF. the car has 240k if that helps.....any suggestions?

Had a very similar problem in my SC400. If you haven't replaced your coils recently I would definitely do that first. Corrected my problems
